Week 4 sentences classes

        This week our class learned about structure of sentences and predicates in exercise one. Our class answer the question one by one in subject of sentences are plural, singular, noun, adjective which some sentences have more than one adjective Then exercise two recognizing sentences and fragments if it is a fragment it will be explain or compare something and no object.  For the  sentences have subject , verb, and object. And our class learn about modifier it mean same an articles is use to lead noun are a, an , the. and adjectives, adverbs. For exercise  four identifying sentence patterns, there are six basic sentences pattern such as transitive , intransitive, linking verb, direct object, and indirect object. That last week we learned by individual presentation. The last time everyone must to search five  abstract for identify composition of each sentences, and write it on the book.

Grammar Class
           In class we were presented about grammar rule. The first one talked about  active - passive voice, That is a good presentation.  passive voice it is difficult for me , when we change active form become passive form. I knew that we must used verb to be plus part participle and change object to initial of the sentence the, more over must have the word is ‘‘by’’.  so subject is on behind of the sentences. 
        Then the second person presented about linking verbs. They perform like noun or subject of sentences example, appear prove be remain become seem fell. Then we learned about kind of noun are countable and uncountable noun. Uncountable mean Noun cannot tell  amount  And separate are two or three things. Action, quality, state which we call “Abstract Noun” they use to call disease  example mumps, measles, shingles.  And use to call every thing have no shape, they can tell an action quality or a state such as  ability, courage, death, fear, help.  Collective Noun is a singular we use to call a group o f people  example family, staff, team, bunch .  Material Noun and so on.  Article  a, an, the  using A  we use A with the  is singular and countable Noun. An we use an lead the word initial with vowels, and the last  for “The” I knew that  it use when to lead  the word is specific Noun, to initial   the one thing on this world such as The moon, The sun. and initial the large place may be refer to hotels such as The Peninsular, The Erawan  hotels. Then my friend talked about  Pronoun use to replace Noun word and messages that to talks before last time or will be  talk. Personal  , Demonstrative, Indefinite, Reflexive and Intensive Pronoun , Interrogative, Reciprocal
        For me present about Auxiliary verb mean verbs that adds functional or grammatical meaning to the clause in which it appears- for example, to express tense, aspect, modality, voice, emphasis, etc. There are two kinds, are Primary and Modal auxiliary, all of them have twenty- four , primary auxiliary have four-teen and Modal auxiliary have ten . It is quit easy for this verb because we are to use it a lot of time in daily life. such as polite requests and offer (would) Would  you like another cup of tea?, this is a right sentence.

Research Question Class

Research Question Class

          In class we shared about research question. My friend sheared that it is a method take a researcher to the goal. In fact research question mean that the specify point which  we want to search the question. We popular to write it in wh - question, it must specifically we can observe, survey and study. Then my friends to shared research that came from our task in part A. Ajarn Anthony and Juan Are commentators to the class. For me choose the area is direct instruction, the topic is Inductive versus deductive teaching, Teacher input and learner output, Wait time and learner output, Teacher speech modifications. It is sure that I’m error in grammar. The first time my research question is not a question, So I changed the initial word of the sentences is “How do”, so it is a question. I wanted to compare between inductive and deductive which one better than. Deductive teaching mean that The teacher teach by used a large unit in to a small unit  Inductive mean that teaching by use the small unit in to a large unit. Which are opposite each other. 

         After that we learn about grammar  three items, the first item is “please correct this sentences”. My friend went to sheared the idea at the front of class. The winner is Mr. Sarawut he add full stop symbol. And two sentences related  with the  tense and passive voice. My classmate went to sheared idea about this, then Arjarn Anthony to answer the question and explain the using of them.
  

              

    The first of class

                In the first of class our class (M.A. 12) to join with the senior (M.A. 11) for they introduce themselves to our class. The senior have a lot of peoples all of them friendly and nice to see my class. They to cheer up and suggest for learning in this major. I knew that Mr. porn is a head of class M.A. 11 and he to introduce himself the first one. Almost of the senior class are government teacher. And they to come from many provinces. Then our class introduced in the front of the class. The last,   we got an information about the blog, then we got a task about research question, writing academic. Then turn in Ajarn on next week.
